The suit alleges gross negligence by the Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office during the tenure of former coroner Tim Davidson, with the error only coming to light after Dana Tucker assumed office in 2023.
“Failing to give the plaintiff the correct baby is so outrageous that it goes beyond all possible bounds of decency,” the complaint states.
